Agency

Agency is the belief that you can shape what comes next—not just for yourself, but for your team, your community, your organization. It’s about reaching—asking questions, building relationships, creating solutions. You’re not just responding to the world. You’re helping shape what comes next.
Metacognition
You can transform insight into action.
The ability to step back and observe your own thinking, feeling, and decision-making in real time. It’s what allows you to pause, reflect, and integrate what you’ve learned—so you can turn insight into action and build success that lasts.
